根据焊接操作的实践，设计了一种双焊条工艺，它不仅提高了焊接的强度，还能保证焊缝的紧密，又很整齐，故主要采用双焊条焊接塑料设备。不同的焊缝形式其焊接的强度是不同的，根据焊缝形状共分为四类：对接焊缝、填角焊缝、对角焊缝及组合焊缝。混合澄清萃取箱的各类焊缝形状断面尺寸各不一样。
